Authorization for Triempetus EA Software to execute software programmed features as disclosed

Purpose of Form:

This Limited Trading Authorization (LTA) grants Triempetus LLC/LTD permission to run/execute in its Triempetus EA Software Tool the ability to execute trades via buy, sell, and/or close trades as a functional part of running the tool using AI every time it is enabled on the subscriber MT4 platform. It also allows Triempetus the ability to make adjustments or corrections that are technical in nature in regards to any type of malfunction that may hinder the tool from performing properly on behalf of the subscriber using the Triempetus Expert Advisor (EA) Tool. The EA has been developed and programmed to execute successful trading strategies with a 90%+ winning ratio and to do so by following an algorithm that is powered through the use of AI. This authorization strictly limits Triempetus to trade execution only and does not permit managing of an account, advising trading strategies, withdrawal, deposit, or fund transfer activity. This form is intended to protect subscriber interests while enabling seamless EA operation under clearly defined conditions. Although the EA Software Tool has displayed a 90%+ winning ratio in the past, Triempetus does not guarantee that past performances will result in future earnings and discloses that trading stocks, indices, cryptocurrencies, Forex pairs or Gold can result in losses instead of profits.

2Authorization Scope

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Triempetus EA Software to:

Connect the Triempetus EA software to my brokerage trading account;
Execute buy and sell trades automatically through the EA according to the trading strategy embedded in the software;
Access trading history and real-time account information strictly for monitoring performance and system optimization.

This Limited Trading Authorization does not permit Triempetus or its representatives to:

Withdraw or transfer funds;
Deposit or request subscriber funds;
Modify personal or security account information;
Make discretionary trades outside the programmed EA strategy.

3Risk Disclosure

I understand and acknowledge that:

Trading financial instruments involves risk, including potential loss of capital;
The Triempetus EA operates using a pre-defined algorithm, and no performance is guaranteed;
I am solely responsible for ensuring that my account is properly funded and monitored.

4Termination of Authorization

This Limited Trading Authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing by the subscriber. To terminate this agreement, a signed notice must be submitted via email to compliance@triempetus.com. Termination shall be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.

I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms set forth in this Limited Trading Authorization. I affirm that I am the legal owner of the trading account referenced above and grant Triempetus EA Software the authority as described.
